Localization Project Manager
On Stop is currently seeking a full time Localization Project Manager to work at our OneWorld Localization Centre located in the heart of old Madrid.
The candidate must be committed, experienced and client oriented. The position reports to a Senior Project Manager and the responsibilities will be to:
- Manage multi-lingual Localization Projects from beginning to end.
- Communicate with established clients regarding current and new projects.
- Undertake technically complex multilingual projects which will require a high degree of technical and process understanding.
- Schedule projects and prepare POs, instructions and all material to be sent to all the resources involved in the project.
- Deliver completed project on time, within budget and to client's satisfaction,
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and a degree in Translation, Linguistics, Localization or Computational Linguistics. Other requirements are:
- Very good level of English (fluent in speaking, reading and writing).
- A wide range of knowledge of translation technology, software localization, on-line documentation and DTP are essential.
- Excellent project management, organisational and interpersonal skills are required along with a record of having worked on challenging multi-lingual localization projects.

Business Development Manager - Europe
Due to the growth of One Stop we are currently seeking a full time BDM to work at our Production Localization Centre located in the heart of old Madrid.
You will be expected to drive new Services and Technology sales revenues from a range of vertical markets.
Proven and measurable success in Services and Software Sales is essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience (3-years+) and success selling localisation/globalisation solutions to corporate accounts in the marketplace.
- Clear and concise communicator able to give effective presentations, write convincing proposals and communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Confident and at ease with sales process- RFI, RFQ, on-site customer visits and business close.
- Understanding of the localization process and technology requirements with the ability to elicit customers’ real needs and problems.
- Experience of CCS and Miller Heiman an asset.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and competitive.
