Management Team

One Stop Shop Translations was founded by three seasoned localisation professionals striving to make their own mark on the industry. Drawing on a rich background of Localisation Project Management, engineering and linguistics the three have ambitions to make One Stop the largest vendor in the business by the year 2018.

Bill Van Der Vaart

Bill Van Der Vaart has worked for IBM for more than a quarter century and in the globalization arena for 12 years. During that time he has worked with hundreds of software and hardware products from laptops to mass spectrometers. He has also served as a globalization consultant to IBM solution and service providers supporting a broad range of industries. Prior to setting up the One Stop team he was Globalization Executive, Director of Globalization, Translation, and Linguistic Technology; and managed a worldwide team of globalization subject matter experts.

Mark Kieran

Mark is responsible for all day-to-day operations and for the successful delivery of One Stop’s portfolio of tools and services to our customers, as well as full support to our suppliers. He brings over 10-years experience in the localization industry, the majority spent in Operations Management. Prior to setting up the One Stop team, he was a Senior Project Manager at Tek translation.

Miguel Lorca Melton

A former student of the Erasmushogeschool, Juan has a number of years of experience in the localization industry and worked for different companies abroad at different levels. Previous to setting up One Stop he worked as Translator/Head of the Dutch department at PH Brink in Galway (Ireland) as Head of Translation. Today he holds a position as Manager, Linguistic Services Department at One Stop, where he leads the translation team as well as being responsible for their recruitment. Juan holds a BA degree in translation from the Erasmushogeschool in Brussels. He is fluent in Dutch, Spanish, French and English and has a basic knowledge of German.
